About the building – Aesthetics are a main feature adding to the building’s credit. Out-straight rectangular floor plans allow easy configurations for customisation according to user configuration.
The 7.5 m high tubes in front of the building are created to display the engineering might of today with an intention of creating urban plaza for urban mongers.

About the building – The building with enormous structure, open & flexible planning has a LEED® Platinum rating with is the highest rating of sustainable design.
The balconies & interiors have been visualised with lots of greener giving a more natural environment inside.

3. The Capital
Location – BKC, Bandra.
Owner / Architect – Wadhwa Group; Ar. James Law.
About the building – One of its kind, it’s the first “Cybertecture” of the state by world famous architect James Law.
Technology & engineering limits is what has been explored in this structure.
The center is a collaboration of all of Godrej’s branches & is equipped with every amenity necessary – gymnasium, café, bar, restaurant etc.
4. Peninsula business park
Location – Greater Mumbai.
Owner / Architect – Ashok Piramal Group
About the building – The Twin-Tower marvel is a rare combination of art, aesthetics & function. With landscape done by International landscape firm Sitetectonix, the complex is equipped with pools & beautiful landscape.
The building has some fabulous view of the Mahalaxmi Race-Course & the Arabian sea.
5. India bulls finance centre
Location – Lower Parel
Owner / Architect –India Bulls Pvt. Ltd.
About the building – Elegance & poise defines the structure. Planning & engineering has been done to accommodate flexible spaces.
